Croissants do Passarinho

The Challenge

Establishing a digital presence that matches the premium, artisanal quality of a local favorite. The goal was to redesign the online entry point for Croissants do Passarinho, turning a simple bakery into a digital experience that drives both foot traffic and online orders through visual storytelling and seamless navigation.

The Problem (The "Why")

Despite having a superior product, the brand’s digital touchpoints weren't doing it justice. Our research identified several friction points:

  • Visual Disconnect: The existing interface lacked the "warmth" of the physical bakery, failing to trigger the immediate sensory appeal essential for food brands.

  • Friction in Discovery: Users found it difficult to browse the full variety of flavors and seasonal specials, leading to a "choice paralysis" or drop-offs before ordering.

  • Inconsistent Social Narrative: The social media posts were purely functional, lacking a cohesive aesthetic that builds brand loyalty and "craveability."

The Solution: "O Voo do Sabor" (The Flavor's Flight)

The core of the solution was a Visual-First Digital Hub that prioritizes high-fidelity photography and intuitive flow.

  • Sensory UI: A warm, buttery color palette and elegant typography were used to mimic the artisanal feel of the pastry itself, reducing the cognitive distance between the screen and the product.

  • Menu Fluidity: Instead of static lists, we implemented a dynamic showcase for the croissants, allowing users to filter by "Sweet," "Savory," or "Seasonal" with a single tap.

  • Social-to-Web Bridge: A redesigned social media strategy with high-engagement templates that lead users directly to specific landing pages, shortening the journey from "scrolling" to "tasting."

Visual Strategy & Branding

We designed for two main user goals:

  • The Quick Buyer: Needs a fast, frictionless path to see the daily specials and order.

  • The Brand Lover: Wants to see the "behind the scenes," the texture of the dough, and the story of the bakery.
