Amazon Prime Video Use Case

This project focused on improving the end‑to‑end user experience of Amazon Prime Video, with a special emphasis on the onboarding, offboarding, subscription, cancellation, and profile personalization flows. Our goal was to create a more intuitive, streamlined, and visually consistent journey that aligns with current market trends and user expectations.

To achieve this, we conducted a detailed analysis of existing pain points, user testimonials, and app weaknesses. We mapped the user journeys and evaluated key interaction flows to better understand where confusion, friction, or emotional disconnect occurred. Based on these insights, we redesigned the experience to make it clearer, more user‑friendly, and visually cohesive.

The final solution enhances usability, reduces cognitive load, and supports smoother decision‑making throughout the platform. By focusing on clarity, accessibility, and intuitive navigation, the redesigned flows offer an improved sense of control and personalization, elevating both engagement and overall satisfaction.
